I added the new regions (let me know if something needs to be corrected). A caveat to the map: some of the new regions include land inside Western Sahara, and the map file I used stopped at Western Sahara. I'll check the Western Sahara file and see if they are using the Morocco-defined regions or the SADR regions.

Quite a dilemma for you. Western Sahara (aka, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic) will be tricky to map and even trickier political business. The political players - the parties, the 'prime minister', the 'president' the 'parliament'- are all squeezed together in a refugee camp on the Algerian border. Most of the top-level leaders and bureaucrats live in Algiers. Does the mapping found here suffice? https://www.ourcampaigns.com/ContainerDetail.html?ContainerID=6556

It works for now. Humdata.org doesn't have Morocco's version of provinces for Western Sahara; it has the versions we are using.
If the Morocco elections website ends up cooperating and we can enter subnational data, we can do that and then dig around for maps.
