How do you want to enforce the ban? He just keeps creating more accounts with different emails. IP isn't reliable with dynamic IPs. Dude seems to have the same "discussion" style and bans everyone but you. So, maybe ban until he stops coming back? Or the community stop feeding the troll? I was just curious how people feel about the way the Democratic National Convention is being presented. I really miss the cheering delegates. Using short video clips of various people as a substitute was probably the best way to handle the current situation.

I saw the Kasich, Michelle and Bernie speeches. I thought they were strong speeches and I didn't feel like we missed anything from them not being done in front of a large audience. The emcee concept seemed a little hokie, but I thought Longoria was a good choice to kick that concept off (for lots of reasons) and she did a good job of connecting the conference speakers from across the country. I guess it seemed weird at first because it was different, but I got used to it and it grew on me. Turning to audience members after the speeches seems like a big fail to me as many weren't ready for the camera. Probably a great idea, but just didn't get implemented right. I expect that Republicans will be taking some of these reaction shots and posting to soc media tonight and tomorrow.

Also everyone seems to be talking about Kristin Urquiza. I guess I'll have to find her speech. I didn't see it.

Neither did Meg Whitman though. She failed in her bid for Governor in 2010. Same year Fiorina ran against Barbara Boxer. The Fiorina lost by a lower raw vote and percentage, than Med Whitman did to Jerry Brown.

Christie Whitman looked scared and afraid in her speech.

Don't get me wrong i don't agree with Fiorina on a lot of issues. But i also think she appears to be more of a pragmatic a bit like Meg and Christine Whitman, Kasich ect.

I think the convention has been going well so far given the circumstances. There have definitely been some awkward moments, but I kinda like the format and I like how creative they have gotten. I'm glad that a lot of the speeches have been given on-location somewhere in their home states (rather than a "Zoom" convention from each speaker's living room, although we have seen that in some of the taped speeches such as Michelle and Bill's. I liked how they did the roll calls on-location, which kinda showcased the differences among each states. I think that's something they should do in future conventions.
