DescriptionWith the intent to recognize the lifetime achievements of former Senator Ted Stevens, U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski introduced legislation to name a peak on Mount Hunter “Stevens Peak”.Murkowski said that naming a mountain and part of an ice field after Stevens would be a fitting tribute.
