Info | Freeholder Crabb was appointed to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in February, 2008. Phil and his wife, Sally, live in Franklin, where he has served on the Borough Council and was Director of the Office of Emergency Management for ten years. Phil and Sally have a daughter, Pauline (17), and two sons, Joseph (15) and Carl (11).
Freeholder Crabb is the principal partner in a consulting firm specializing in Supply Chain Logistics, having held prior leadership positions in aerospace, manufacturing and financial institutions. He has also served as a Commissioner of the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority.
Phil has served his community in a variety of ways over the last 30 years. He has been a member of the Franklin Fire Department since 1978, serving as Chief in 1994-95. He was the Co-Chairman of the Mayor’s Ad-Hoc Committee for Green Acres Preservation and authored a Plan which received both County and State recognition. A founding member of the Franklin Historical Society, he continues to serve his town on an ongoing basis.
