Description |
Candidates determined by primaries held on January 27, 2019. Presidential Election originally scheduled for October 27, 2019 moved to a week earlier in order not to clash with elections scheduled in Argentina and Uruguay on the same day.
A runoff will be called if the first-place candidate fails to both break 40% and lead the second-place finisher by 10 points.
Election result in dispute and unrecognized by the OAS pending an audit of the vote [Link]
Morales resigned from Office on November 10th, 2019.

I also heard that Interim President Chavez is making changes to Bolivia's foreign policy such as restoring diplomatic ties with the United States, which had been strained for the past 13 years.
