Which is an example why I don't want a FEC filing to be considered an official Entry Date here.

Crank is the first candidate to be assured to be on ballot as he turned in enough signatures to be on the ballot. He turned in 3887 signatures, 2839 were accepted. He needed to turn in 1500 to get on the ballot.

The Colorado Republican Party Caucus for CO-5 was held this weekend. Williams pulled in 70.4% of the vote. No other candidate received the 30% required to earn a spot on the primary ballot. All other candidates now will need to submit signatures to the SoS to qualify for the primary ballot.
Crank submitted his and has enough signatures to make the ballot.
According to the SoS the only candidate other than Crank to submit signatures is Bob Gardiner. The SoS is still sorting through his submission and has not yet granted a notice of sufficiency.

This means we will either see the others hustle to get siggies in or drop out.

Gardiner failed to collect enough valid signatures and therefore does not qualify for the ballot.
