Party tries to "expedite the legislative changes necessary for a Comprehensive Regulation" of Cannabis use throughout Spain. Party began as the Representación Cannábica Navarra (RCN-NOK; since dissolved) and opted to branch out with this new party, starting in Madrid. Party battles the heavy involvement of organized crime in Cannabis distribution in Spain and supports legislation to force it out.
