Spain is a nation in Southwestern Europe, bordering the Bay of Biscay, Mediterranean Sea, North Atlantic Ocean, and Pyrenees Mountains, southwest of France. It is comprised of 19 autonomous regions and three small possessions located off the coast of Morocco.

Spain is a constitutional monarchy with the King as head of state. The Head of Government is the President of the Government (unofficially addressed as "Prime Minister"). Legislation originates from a bicameral National Assembly.
