| Description | State Sen. Suzi Schmidt was arrested by Lake County sheriff's deputies Tuesday on a misdemeanor warrant in which she is accused of damaging her neighbor's property and trespassing, both charges stemming from a dispute with her neighbor, officials said.
Officers also served Schmidt with an "emergency stalking no contact order," which orders her to stay away from the same neighbor, according to a news release issued by sheriff's police Chief Wayne Hunter, spokesman for the office. |
