Description | The son of the state house speaker pro tempore and Chandler Republican Bob Robson, was robbed at gunpoint Thursday night in Mesa while putting up campaign signs for his father.
A quarter after midnight, Daniel Robson, 18, and Scott Tarkett, 22, both Chandler residents, were putting up signs for Bob Robson near Stapley Drive and Main Street in Mesa when a white car pulled up. Robson is running for the Arizona Corporation Commission.
The passenger pointed a shotgun at Robson and Tarkett, ordered them on the ground and stole their wallets, Mesa police Dobson Sgt. Tim Walker said. |
