It's a working middle class residential area, which has a large number of apartment buildings. It includes Crichton Park, Albro Lake, Wallis Heights, Micmac Village, Tufts Cove and Shannon Park. In the 2003 redistribution, it gained the area north of Lake Banook and north of Hawthorne Street.
