| Info | My name is Nicholas Jude Ferrara and I am running as a Republican candidate for NJ's US House of Representatives seat for the 3rd Congressional District in this year’s midterms. As a lifelong resident of central New Jersey, I have witnessed firsthand as this once great state has descended further and further into an unrecognizable shell of its former self. We have many years of Democrat leadership to thank for that. I no longer can sit idly by as my state, and the entire country, irrevocably transforms into a lawless hell hole, which is exactly why I chose to make a huge leap of faith and run for The Congress.
By quick way of background, I currently reside in Hamilton Township, Mercer County. I am the quintessential family man. I’ve been married to an amazing wife for 13 years, my one and only marriage, and have two amazing daughters, aged 12 and 8. I am a Christian and attend mass regularly and God plays a central role in my life and my decision-making. For the past 8 years I have worked as a Realtor at various brokerages primarily serving Mercer, Burlington and Monmouth Counties. During the eight years prior to becoming a realtor, I worked as an attorney at several prestigious law firms in Philadelphia, PA, Mount Laurel, NJ and Princeton, NJ. I am now prepared to dedicate my life to public service as did my father before me.
Although I do not have any prior political experience, which I personally believe might actually be a benefit in the current political environment, I am a JD having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 2005, having placed second in my graduating class with a 3.94 cumulative GPA. I also served as Executive Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal while there. Thus, I understand more than just the basics of our Constitutional Republic, such as: how the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches function and operate and the jurisdiction of each; how laws are drafted, debated and, eventually, passed; and what our fundamental rights consist of as afforded by our Constitution and how they currently are being breached on an unprecedented scale by a tyrannical administration. Moreover, I am a huge people person and have a unique ability to connect with others, even those who may disagree with me politically. In other words, I have the makings of the perfect politician who truly represents We the People and I eagerly look forward to the opportunity to do so.
