Info | Rowland has been a Pennsylvania Paramedic since 1979 with Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Tim is the CEO of Community Life Support Ambulance with direct supervision of more than 100 employees, operating with and annual budget of approximately $3 million. He possesses 33 years of critical care experience as a paramedic.
Tim is a life member of the Clarks Summit Fire Co., currently serving as the organization’s President. He is an active supporter of Saint Damien’s Children’s Hospital, Port au Prince, Haiti where he has traveled several times. Most recently, he assisted the sick and injured there immediately after the Haitian earthquake in 2010. Tim is a former Vice President of the Clarks Summit Borough Council and a former member of the Clarks Summit Planning Commission.
Tim is the son of Douglas Edward Rowland of Scranton and Joan Walsh Rowland of Tucson AZ, formerly of Scranton. He was born in Scranton, then moved to Clarks Summit and is a graduate of Abington Heights High School. Tim completed his Paramedic training at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and the University of Scranton. Tim and his wife, the former Patricia Orzel of Moosic, have three children – Matthew, Timothy and Anne.

Has participated in over 500 autopsies
