Born on January 17, 1906 at Manitowoc. He attended Lincoln High School and was graduated from Marquette University with the degrees of Ph. B. and LL. B. Mr. Yindra is a practicing attorney in Manitowoc and has had experience in public accounting. He was a member of the assembly in 1933 and 1937 and was elected to the senate in 1938.
