Description | Already struggling to prove that he does in fact live in the state where he’s running to reclaim his old Senate seat, Democrat Evan Bayh got his Indianapolis address wrong over the weekend in an interview with a local TV station.
Bayh, who left the Senate in 2011, told WISH-TV that his address is 1142 C, Canterbury Court in Indianapolis and added that “it’s on my driver’s license.” But according to the Independent Journal Review, which reviewed the former senator’s records with Indiana’s bureau of motor vehicles, Bayh’s actual address is 1142 Canterbury Square, not court. The address Bayh told WISH-TV is several blocks away from where he actually lives. |
