Info | A partner at Wayfinder Advisors, the professional career advising firm she founded, Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Master of Science degree in marketing from the same. Prior to her current role, Sullivan began her career in technology consulting with Deloitte before moving into executive relationship management with global tech firms such as Teradata, IBM and LinkedIn.
An active volunteer, Sullivan serves as a career coach for the Notre Dame Alumni Association, membership co-chair for Northwestern’s Council of One Hundred, co-chair of the Beebe Book Club and as an elected precinct committeewoman, in addition to volunteering at her children’s schools. In the past, she has served on the MIS advisory board at Notre Dame, worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Cook County and volunteered on a weeklong Habitat for Humanity project in the Mississippi Delta with a group from St. Thomas the Apostle. Sullivan and her husband Peter have three children: Sean, Andrew and Marcella, and a rescue dog, Cleo. In her free time, Sullivan loves to read and spend time with close friends and family.
