Description | Defending Wisconsin PAC, a political action committee formed for the purposes of recalling Gov. Scott Walker, has announced that it also plans to try to recall Atty. Gen. J.B. Van Hollen.
Jeremy Ryan, the PAC's executive director, said in a statement that Van Hollen refused to enforce Wisconsin law. Ryan said Van Hollen failed to take efforts to stop the legislation that curbed most collective bargaining rights for most public employees. Ryan said the measure, which Walker has signed, was passed in violation of the state's open meetings law. |
