DescriptionTRENTON, N.J. (AP) — The federal investigation into how the New Jersey budget has been developed has extended to a New Jersey congressman who was once one of state's leading politicians.

The subpoena seeks documents related to grants placed into the state budget without public review dating back to January 2004, said Daniel Horgan, the city's attorney.
