Granby is a new riding comprising the western half of the old riding of Shefford. The district consists entirely of the city of Granby. It is located in Quebec's Montérégie region about 65 kilometres east of Montreal.
Political history
The old riding of Shefford bounced between the Liberals, the Parti Québécois, and the Liberals again before being won by the Action Démocratique du Québec in 2007. |
