"I'm running for Congress because I want to help President Bush strengthen our national defense, improve our schools, cut taxes for the middle class and poor, and protect the retirement years of seniors. I want our military and intelligence agencies rebuilt and adequately funded. As I've done with my own children, I will insist that our school kids learn to read in their beginning grades. I will relieve Oregonians' tax burden by working on an Economic Stimulus Package, and eliminating marriage, death, and capital gains taxes. I will honor seniors by working to fully preserve their retirement benefits."
Sarah Seale will work to transform Oregon's business climate
Oregon's job losses are caused largely by insufficient transportation and infrastructure (a committee my opponent sits on).
Federal dollars must be used for bridges and roads, not just light rail (soundly rejected by voters). Interstate commerce has been stifled by congressional refusal to widen Oregon's freeways.
Sarah Seale is the only choice for a balanced approach to the environment
Sarah will seek Federal funds to re-plant Oregon's burned forests and protect them from future fires.
