Weeks and served from April 15, 1913, to March 3, 1915; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1914 to the Sixty-fourth Congress; served as United States marshal for Massachusetts during the First World War; collector of internal revenue for the district of Massachusetts 1919-1921; engaged in the practice of his profession in Boston, Suffolk County, Mass., until his death on September 13, 1925; interment in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Marlboro, Mass.
