InfoMr. Mangino is the District Attorney for Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. He served as solicitor of Lawrence County from 1992 to 1996. In 1989, Mr. Mangino was appointed by former governor Robert P. Casey to the Board of Assistance where he currently serves as secretary. In 1998, former governor Thomas J. Ridge appointed Mangino to the Board of Trustees of Western Youth Development Centers. Mangino currently serves on the Executive Board of the Pennsylvania District Attorney�s Institute.

In the fall of 1998, Mangino was invited by president William Jefferson Clinton to the White House. Mangino participated in the White House Conference on School Safety: Cause and Prevention of Youth Violence. In 2000, Mangino was a Democratic candidate for Congress in Pennsylvania�s Fourth Congressional District.

Mr. Mangino�s articles have been published in various legal periodicals, including Pennsylvania Law Weekly, The Pennsylvania Bar News, The Barrister, At Issue, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Harrisburg Patriot News and various newspapers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mangino has been a frequent guest on CNN�s TalkBack Live, Court TV and local television news programs including Talking Pittsburgh on WPXI, Inside Pittsburgh on WTAE, Night Talk on Pittsburgh Cable News Channel as well as WYTV�s Good Morning Youngstown, 27 First News and WFMJ Today in Youngstown, Ohio and Action Newsmakers on WTAJ in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Mangino has been interviewed by the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PNC) and National Public Radio (NPR).

He began his legal career as a clerk to the Honorable Francis X. Caiazza, Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas. He is a graduate of Westminster College and Duquesne University School of Law.
