Biography: McLean County coroner since 1992, after earlier serving as chief deputy coroner. He has an A.A. from Southern Illinois University and a B.A. from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He has been a funeral home owner in Bloomington; President of the McLean County Young Republicans Organization. In 1997 he received an award from the National Association of Counties for creating the Model Youth DUI Offender Program to increase judges' options in DUI sentencing.
