William A. Hall, III graduated from Paul Smith College in 1970 with a degree in Applied Science. After graduation, he worked as a journeyman carpenter on numerous commercial construction projects. In 1982, he founded Bayside Builders in Naples, FL where, as president, he supervised 100 million dollars in construction projects. He relocated to Pennsylvania in 1997 working as a construction supervisor and contractor.
