The Republican, who is a favorite of conservatives, will give the GOP’s rebuttal to Obama’s State of the Union Tuesday night. The decision was made jointly by Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). |
