Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make his, uh, prime time debut next week with a much-hyped cameo appearance on Citytv’s Murdoch Mysteries, a detective show beloved by the PM and his daughter Rachel.
In next Wednesday’s episode, Mr. Harper will saunter onto the set in the character of Desk Sergeant Armstrong, a “seemingly imperceptive man who ironically doesn’t recognize Prime Minister Wilfrid Laurier when he walks into Station 4,” Citytv said in a press release issued Wednesday. |
