White Plains, NY -- White Plains Democratic City Committee members received an email from Vice-Chairman Paul Schwarz advising, "The time has come to make a change in the government of White Plains. There is a great deal to be done, but this is the year." Mr. Schwarz was referring to the Monday, March 30th announcement at 11:00 a.m. by Assemblyman Adam Bradley, 89th AD, D-White Plains (pictured left), of his candidacy for Mayor of White Plains. The announcement will be made at the steps of White Plains City Hall , 225 Main Street. Mr. Schwarz further advises that the www.BradleyForWhitePlains.org Website will be operational come Monday.
