Description | A top official in the Conservative Party of Canada says an independent Calgary candidate's election signs look too similar to the party's posters.
Independent Roger Richard's signs in the riding of Calgary Northeast are the same shade of blue as rival Conservative candidate Devinder Shory's signs.
They have similar white lettering and a similar red banner in the top left-hand corner. They also have the word "Conservative" printed on them.
The big difference is that the Conservative party logo does not appear on Richard's signs.
Don Plett, president of the Conservative party's national council, said the party is looking at whether it can stop Richards from using the signs. |
