| Description | Murray Waas, one of Washington's best investigative reporters, has the story that could destroy Mike Huckabee's campaign. As governor of Arkansas, Huckabee played a key role in getting early parole for a convicted rapist. After the pardon, the man went on to rape and kill another woman.
Why would Mike Huckabee seek clemency for a convicted rapist? Because the nutty rightwing movement thought the man was framed, since his victim was a distant relation of Bill Clinton. In other words, Clinton-hatred resulted in the death of a woman. |
