Description | Rudy Giuliani, the national Republican presidential front-runner, is a strong second in Arizona, the home state of chief GOP rival John McCain.
But you wouldn't know it from Giuliani's campaign presence.
Unlike third-running Republican Mitt Romney, Giuliani's Arizona fundraising efforts are low-key.
And his local political network - well, it's practically invisible.
In the Arizona Legislature, where even little-known Republican candidates such as Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee have found passionate allies, nobody is broadcasting support for Giuliani. |
