And his local political network - well, it's practically invisible.

In the Arizona Legislature, where even little-known Republican candidates such as Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee have found passionate allies, nobody is broadcasting support for Giuliani.
