| Description | TALLAHASSEE — Jeremy Ring, a Coral Springs Democrat who's running to replace outgoing Sen. Walter "Skip" Campbell, and two friends bought $20,000 of supplies, rented a Ryder truck and drove to Washington Parish, La., on Thursday.
Once there, he rolled up his shirt sleeves and handed out diapers, tarps and chain saws, said Dan Foil, chief deputy of the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office. |
