| Description | The wife of State Sen. Carlos Cisneros allegedly struck him on the head with a hammer Monday night and damaged a woman’s car and a Molycorp staff cabin in Questa.
He apparently was not seriously injured, and was back at work Tuesday (May 3).
Taos County Sheriff’s Deputy Eugene Holgate responded just after 9 p.m. Monday to a call of a woman breaking windows at a Molycorp cabin.
According to a statement of probable cause, Patsy Cisneros, 50, admitted hitting her husband on the head with a hammer. She is alleged to have broken the windshield, back window and both tail lights of a car belonging to Narcisco Ortega. There was also damage to the front door window and a bedroom door of the cabin. |
