DescriptionValley GOP Congressmen Jeff Flake and John Shadegg have joined some fellow House conservatives to try get drought funding excluded from a homeland security bill being considered by Congress.

Flake, Shadegg and 15 other conservatives have written U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert asking that $3.1 billion worth of drought relief not be included in the anti-terrorism bill.
