| Description | A conservative Christian talk show host filed a lawsuit Monday against the Alabama Republican Party, saying she was illegally disqualified from the GOP ballot for the state school board.
The party disqualified Kelly McGinley last week from running for the school board seat from south Alabama, citing her support for the Constitution Party.
