22-seat Assembly, out of which 11 are elected in single-mandate constituencies (one constituency - one deputy), and 11 are elected in a single constituency in proportion to the number of votes cast for the lists of candidates nominated by electoral associations.
First elections were held on March 6, 1994 after the body was established by decree on January 12, 1994.
