This riding in central east Regina is primarily residential with older established areas in the western part of riding to new construction in the eastern part. In recent years, there has been significant growth in retail construction along the eastern border of the constituency. The area is bounded by Winnipeg Street on west, Dewdney Avenue on the north, Prince of Wales Drive on the east, and Arcola Avenue on the south.
