The President selects ministers for his "Social Cabinet" (Gabinete Social (GS)] and chairs its proceedings through the Minister of the Management Unit of the Presidency of the Republic. The Minister is given the title "Head of the Social Cabinet."
The President also selects members of his "Civil Cabinet" [Gabinete Civil (GC)], a technical-political advisory body which features Secretariats in charge of the "proper functioning of State Agencies and Entities," and which includes the Attorney General and the Minister of Public Administration.
