InfoEleventh Congressional District candidate Roger Kahn is a well-respected business and civic leader. He is currently Chairman of the PGA Tour Radio Network and Owner of the Kahn Cattle Company. Kahn is the former Chairman and CEO of Empire Distributors, past President of Empire Brokerage, past President of the Kahn Companies, and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Distributors Computer Corporation.

Roger Kahn served for ten years (five as Vice-Chair) as a member of the Georgia State Elections Board. He is a twenty-year member of the Board of Directors for the William Bremen Jewish Home for the Elderly. He served as an officer for ten years - two years as President of the Jewish Home. Kahn served as a director and member of the Executive Committee of the University of Georgia President's Club and a member of the board of the University of Georgia Business School Alumni Association.

Over the years, he also served as Vice President of the Atlanta Chapter of the America Jewish Committee, as a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and Friends of Morehouse College. In addition, Kahn is past Treasurer of Leadership Atlanta and former Treasurer of the Georgia Democratic Party.

Roger Kahn was born and raised in Georgia and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Roger and his wife Elyn reside in White, Georgia in Bartow County. He is the father of three children and has one grandchild, Sam.
