Moss, 62, is an Eastern Idaho native and was raised in Ririe. He attended Ricks College in Rexburg, and earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Idaho. He is Past President of the Idaho Bar Association and the Idaho Prosecuting Attorneys Association as well as a former President of the Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce. He has coached Little League baseball for 20 years. He currently is in private law practice in Blackfoot. He and his wife, Bonny, have seven grown children.
