| Info | Born 1945. He trained and worked as a teacher before becoming Head of the European Unit at the WJEC. He was a Councillor and Leader of the Liberal Democrats on Cardiff City Council between 1983 -1996 and joint leader of the Council between 1987-1991. In 1996, he was awarded the OBE for his public and political service. He is Leader of the Liberal Democrats in the National Assembly and directed the Welsh Liberal Democrats' General Election Campaigns in 1992 -1997. He is a former chair of the Objective 3 Monitoring Committee. His interests include skills development in small and large companies in Wales.
