Choosing Milton for its strong community spirit over two decades ago, Edie has been deeply involved in local initiatives. Her contributions through the Oakville and District Labour Council, from advocating for workers' rights to providing free health & safety training, highlight her commitment to social and racial justice.
Now, alongside Marit Stiles and the Ontario NDP team, Edie is ready to tackle the pressing challenges we face: soaring costs of living, the need for affordable housing, and making sure our healthcare system works for everyone.
