InfoShe is a professional orator and is counted among the best women speakers in the country. Deidre has spoken to many individuals to help them improve their lives. Her live has taken many different career paths from social work to college teaching and writing . However, she enjoys speaking so much she will speak for free.

Dr. Tyler says she enjoys speaking because she enjoys helping others with their lives. She believes that motivation can cause changes in individuals lives. These changes can help an individual move from poverty to prosperity. She is one of the individual who moved to Utah without a job, housing or friend. As a result of being highly motivated, she gained employment and has been working for the past 10 years as a sociology instructor.

She is a licensed social worker and a personal fitness trainer. She believes in keeping fit in order to be able to keep up with her speaking schedule. An unfit speaker is a tired and dry speaker . She moves around to illustrate points and the audience does not go to sleep at all.

Deidre is a graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in Social Work, The University of Mississippi - Master's Degree in Sociology - Mississippi State University - doctorate in Sociology - Utah State University - Master's Degree in Instuctional Technology.

Deidre lives in Salt Lake City, Utah and she practices what she preaches.
