| Info | Matt has spent most of his career working in state government addressing energy, environment and technology issues. He began in 1978 with the Governor’s Energy Council., and continued to work in that organization until 1995 (The agency was then the Pennsylvania Energy Office). Since 1995, Matt has been focused on information technology in State government. Currently, Matt is a Senior Consultant with Information Services Group (ISG) which is a small central Pennsylvania firm that specializes in providing information technology solutions to government. Prior to joining ISG, he worked for the Office of Administration, Office of Information Technology with the primary focus on “electronic government”.
He has a Bachelors degree in economics from King’s College, and studied computer science at Harrisburg Area Community College.
