She started her career with Clark County bringing prior experience in real estate and commercial property management. Weidner is certified in both real and personal property appraisal by the State of Nevada and holds a Residential Appraiser Specialist (RES) designation from the IAAO.
Her affiliations include the Nevada Assessor's Association and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
