| Info | Todd Greenwald was born and raised in Oak Creek for 16 years and his family moved to Pewaukee in 1989. The Greenwald family was drawn to the charm, lifestyle and sense of community in Pewaukee and the surrounding Lake Country area. Today, Todd and his family are proud to call Pewaukee home. Todd has been married to Denise since 2001, who is a Senior Account Liaison in the Healthcare Industry and has proudly served the senior community in Waukesha County for 12 years.
The pride that Todd feels for his community has driven him to become an active volunteer. He was elected to be the President of the Lake Park Home Owners Association in 2007. Today, he currently serves as an assistant coach for the Pewaukee/Sussex United Soccer Club. When Todd was in college, he was the President of the Ski Club at UWM. While attending Pewaukee High School, Todd led the effort to coordinate a blood drive and establish it as a long running tradition held annually at the high school.
Todd is a proud product of Wisconsin’s outstanding public school system, from grade school through college. Todd attended school in the Oak Creek school system for 10 years and completed his Junior and Senior years at Pewaukee High School, where he graduated in 1991. After high school, Todd worked full-time for 3 years and attended UW-Waukesha. He later transferred to UW-Milwaukee, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Architectural Studies in 1999.
Todd has always been proud of his work history. He started as a newspaper carrier in his early teens and often held multiple jobs working in restaurants, movie theaters and for various retailers throughout his teenage and college years. In his career, Todd has worked for himself and other firms in the architectural and construction industry, where he has managed projects ranging from small dollar amounts to those costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
