Background:

The 2nd Congressional District is a newly drawn district with many young families moving in. It is clear their challenge will be to either move into the “middle class” or remain in the “middle class”. On the other hand, our seniors are looking for and desire retirement security. For example, the old St. Joseph’s Hospital property is a now a large and very well done retirement community. Our poor and middle class residents of the 2nd District expect the passage of legislation in Washington, D. C. that gives them the promised liberty and pursuit of happiness. So, I accept the job of your representative in Washington D.C to get something done for all my constituents of the District.
