| Info | Nancy Matte has lived in Beckwith since 2008. She is an active volunteer in her community and a mother of three. For the past 10 years, on top of being a stay-at-home mother she has administered a computer consulting business. She attended the University of Ottawa where she earned her Bachelor’s in Social Sciences with concentrations in Sociology, Public Policy and Public Administration.
Motivated by her desire to improve the future her children Nancy decided to enter politics. She recognizes that the decisions we make today will affect us for generations. She is passionate about bringing a new approach to governing: one that works looks generations ahead in fiscal, environmental and social planning.
As the candidate for LFLA, Nancy would advocate local healthy food, fiscally responsible government as well as open, transparent and accountable government.
