Info | Rep. Pat Conway, a Democrat, represents part of Buchanan County (District 27) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to the House in a special election in February 2010.
Prior to his legislative duties, Rep. Conway served as County Clerk of Buchanan County from 1983 to 2010. A veteran of the Vietnam War, Rep. Conway served with the 2/12th Infantry in the 25th Infantry Division.
Rep. Conway attends St. Joseph’s Cathedral Catholic Church. He belongs to the following organizations: Knights of Columbus, American Legion, Ancient Order of Hibernians, 25th Infantry Division Association, Zeredetha Lodge, and Moila Shrine Temple.
Rep. Conway has been the recipient of the Rosemary Plitt Award for Excellence in Election Administration as well as a best program award from the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks.
A 1965 graduate of Christian Brothers High School, Rep. Conway received a bachelor’s degree in social science with a major in political science from Missouri Western State University.
Born October 8, 1947, in St. Joseph, Rep. Conway currently resides there with his wife, Mary. They have five children: Ritchie, Kenyon, Beth, Regan and Jennisen.
