| Info | Mr. Bernbaum is Special Counsel to the Montgomery County law firm of Kane, Pugh, Knoell & Troy and Kramer; his practice is concentrated in family law.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, currently serving as President of the PA Chapter. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Montgomery Bar Associations with active participation in their respective family law sections and/or committees.
Joel is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery Bar Association and served two terms on the Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Family Law Section.
