| Info | Jon S. Fossel chairs PRP�sTM finance committee and has served as a director since January 2000. Fossel has 33 years� experience in the investment business, beginning as a securities analyst in 1964. He joined Oppenheimer Funds as president and chief operating officer in 1987 and became chairman and chief executive officer in 1990 following a management buyout from Oppenheimer�s British parent. During Fossel�s tenure, Oppenheimer�s assets grew from $8.5 billion to nearly $60 billion. Fossel continues to serve on the Board of Oppenheimer Funds and recently stepped down as chairman of Tucker Communications when it was acquired by Gannett, Inc. Fossel received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1964
